The view from the balcony was fine and was really nice. The room was spacious and clean, offering excellent value for the price. the staff was helpful and accommodating, providing transportation to and from the train station and offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.

There were no major issues or dislikes at the hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Zermatt and had an incredible experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre and close to both the Sunnegga funicular railway and the bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, offering useful tips and even complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the train station. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Plus, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, providing an unobstructed glimpse of the majestic Matterhorn.

There was some construction happening nearby, but it didn't disrupt my stay as the noise didn't start until late-morning.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very warm and friendly, even picking us up from the station late at night. The communication with the hotel was excellent, as they quickly responded to our emails. The breakfast in the cozy restaurant was delicious, and our room had a amazing view of the mountains, especially the Matterhorn. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance from the train station and the village center. they provided transportation and allowed us to access breakfast early due to our early departure the next morning.
